ABOUT US

At Daylily Coffee,
we love good coffee.

Maybe that seems like an obvious statement.

Yet, to us, the definition of good coffee is infinitely intricate and delicately balanced.

Just like any good cup of coffee should be.

In our book, good coffee can be traced back to two words:
Roots and Relationships.

It all starts at origin. In the soil and with the ecosystems that support the vibrant and sustained health of the earth, and, by extension, the growth of coffee trees, cherries, and seeds–read: coffee beans–growing within.

Next, are the people whose lives are lived in dedication, intimate connection, to cultivating that vitality, growth, and harmony.  It is our aim to work with farmers and producers that focus on sustainability, minimizing waste, and symbiotic, reciprocal relationship to the land.

Once the coffee travels from its origin and lands in our hands, we strive to honor the work that has already been done. By crafting our roast process around each individual coffee, we draw out the natural flavors that are inherent to each coffee.

We care about people, the planet, and having good coffee to drink.

Because when we celebrate our origins, our roots, and focus on balance and harmony in our relationship with the earth, with one another, real goodness is inevitable.
